家庭医生嵌入医养结合养老服务的理论模型与实现路径 被引量:5

摘要 政府不断致力于优化医养结合养老服务模式,但实践中仍然存在难题。文章对医养结合养老服务典型模式进行解构,针对各模式推进过程中的现实困境展开分析,阐明家庭医生嵌入医养结合养老服务的必要性与可行性。从微观视角研究家庭医生在提供医养结合养老服务时应具备的胜任力,从宏观角度构建家庭医生嵌入医养结合养老服务的理论模型,提出家庭医生胜任力提升、发展环境条件塑造、家庭医生与养老服务融合等举措,探索家庭医生嵌入医养结合养老服务的实现路径。 The government has been constantly committed to optimize the service model combining medical and nursing services,but there are still a series of difficulties in practice. This paper deconstructs the typical models of the combination of medical treatment and elderly care services,analyzes the practical difficulties in advancing each model, and clarifies the necessity and feasibility of family doctors’ embedding in the combination of medical care and nursing services. This paper studies the competencies of family doctors and elderly care services and constructs a theoretical model for family doctors to embed in the combination of medical care and elderly care. Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis,three paths are proposed to enhance the competency of family doctors: shape the development environment and conditions;optimize the integration of family doctors and elderly care services;explore the realization path of family doctors’ embedding in the combination of medical treatment and elderly care services.
