摘要
电子皮带秤作为一种在线称量仪表,要求运行稳定、精度高、重复性好。详细介绍了西门子MMI-2电子皮带秤的工作原理和特点。针对安装过程中影响电子皮带秤测量精度的因素,通过合理布置秤架、调校称重传感器等措施,减小了电子皮带秤安装时导致的误差,提高了电子皮带秤的测量精度和重复性。在此基础上,通过实物验证,进一步提高了电子皮带秤的测量精度,将测量误差控制在±0.25%以内,满足工艺使用要求。
It requires stable operation,high precision,and good repeatability from an electronic belt scale,an online weighing device.The paper in detail introduces the working principles and characteristics of the Siemens MMI-2 electronic belt scale.Taking into account the factors that influence the electronic belt scale measurement precision during installation,the error induced in the installation of the electronic belt scale is reduced by reasonably arranging the scale frame and calibrating weighing sensors,and the measurement precision and repeatability of the belt scale are improved.Based on that,material verification further improves the measurement precision of the electronic belt scale.The measurement error is controlled at±0.25%,meeting the process requirement.
