摘要
为满足谷子生产需要,解决谷田杂草难题,郑州市农林科学研究所运用温汤杀雄法,以抗拿捕净除草剂优良品系安10-4172为母本,抗咪唑乙烟酸中间材料(复532×M24)为父本进行有性杂交,在郑州和海南两地连续定向选择,2015年育成双抗除草剂夏谷新品种郑谷3号,该品种2016—2017年参加河南省谷子品种区域试验,平均产量达5780.0 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种豫谷9号平均增产5.72%,试点增产率达93.75%。郑谷3号具有抗咪唑乙烟酸、抗拿捕净、品质优良、高产稳产、产量潜力高、农艺性状好、综合抗性强等特点,适宜在河南等地的夏谷区种植。
In order to meet the needs of millet production and solve the problem of weeds in the millet field,Zhengzhou Institute of Ag⁃riculture and Forestry Sciences used the method of killing males in warm soup,with the excellent herbicide resistant strain AN 10-4172 as the female parent and the intermediate material resistant to imidazole ethylnicotinic acid(Fu 532×M24)as a male parent,which was sexually crossed and continuously selected in Zhengzhou and Hainan.The new double herbicide resistant summer millet va⁃riety Zhenggu No.3 was bred in 2015.This variety participated in the regional test of millet varieties in Henan Province from 2016 to 2017,with an average yield of 5780.0 kg/hm^(2),an average increase of 5.72%compared with the control variety Yugu No.9,and a pi⁃lot yield increase rate of 93.75%.Zhenggu No.3 has the characteristics of resistance to imidazole ethylnicotinic acid,resistance to se⁃thoxydim,excellent quality,high and stable yield,high yield potential,good agronomic characters and strong comprehensive resis⁃tance.It is suitable to be planted in the summer millet area of Henan and other places.
