新郑市龙湖镇土地利用总体规划实施评价

General land use planning of Longhu Town in Xinzheng City

以新郑市龙湖镇土地利用总体规划为例,利用数据分析和空间分析相结合的方法,构建空间吻合度模型和重心偏移模型,从规划实施过程和实施结果2个层面定量计算规划与现状的一致性。在此基础上,结合社会经济发展探究不一致问题出现的原因,可为国土空间规划后评价提供方法指引。

Taking the overall land use planning of Longhu Town in Xinzheng City as an example,the spatial coincidence model and the center of gravity shift model were constructed by combining data analysis and spatial analysis,and the consistency between the planning and the current situation was calculated quantitatively from two aspects:The planning implementation process and the imple⁃mentation result.On this basis,combined with social and economic development,the causes of inconsistency problems were ex⁃plored,which could provide methodological guidance for the post-evaluation of national spatial planning.
