体验经济时代下西安市乡村旅游高质量发展对策研究

Research on the countermeasures of high-quality development of rural tourism in Xi’an City in the era of experience economy

为了促进西安市乡村旅游高质量发展,立足于体验经济时代,通过分析西安市乡村旅游的发展现状和旅游资源类型,找出其在发展过程中存在的问题。研究发现,西安市乡村旅游存在基础设施不完善、旅游产品开发单一、旅游项目缺乏创新、宣传力度不够、从业人员素质较低、监管力度不够等问题,并针对以上问题提出优化基础设施、深入挖掘文化特色、开设体验式活动项目、进行产业融合、引进高素质人才、规范管理制度等对策建议。

In order to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism in Xi’an City,based on the experience economy era,the development status of rural tourism in Xi’an City and the types of tourism resources were analyzed,so as to find out the problems exist⁃ing in the development process.It was found that there were some problems in Xi’an City rural tourism,such as imperfect infrastruc⁃ture,single tourism product development,lack of innovation in tourism projects,insufficient publicity,low quality of employees,in⁃sufficient supervision and so on.In view of the above problems,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as optimizing infrastructure,deeply digging cultural characteristics,setting up experiential activity projects,carrying out industrial integration,in⁃troducing high-quality talents,and standardizing the management system.
