水利与经济社会发展的互惠共生关系研究——以湖南省为例

Research on mutualistic symbiosis between water conservancy and economic and social development:Taking Hunan Province as an example

水利与经济社会的发展密切相关,构建“社会-经济-生态”互惠共生系统是水利可持续发展的必要路径。运用理论分析法、案例分析法,对水利与社会、经济和生态系统间的共生关系进行阐释,指出水利以“社会-经济-生态”复合功能系统赋能经济社会发展。并以湖南省水利发展实践为例,分析互惠共生模式下水利复合功能系统促进共生系统走向可持续发展的方式。

Water conservancy was closely related to the development of economic society.It was necessary to construct the mutualistic water conservancy system of“society,economy and ecology”for sustainable development.The symbiotic relationship between water conservancy and the society-economy-ecology system was explained by theoretical analysis and case analysis,and it was pointed out that water conservancy could enhance economic and social development through the complex function system of“society,economy and ecology”.Taking the practice of water conservancy development in Hunan Province as an example,this research analyzed the way that the water conservancy complex function system promoted the sustainable development of the symbiosis system under the mutualism model.
