“海归”有助于知识溢出么?——电影合拍片内地团队绩效改进的影响机制研究

Does Returnees Contribute to Knowledge Spillover?——Research on the Influence Mechanism ofMainland Team Performance Improvementin Film Co-production

与海外电影机构合作拍摄电影,从中获取外溢的知识与技术被视为提升我国电影产业制作水平的有效途径。基于异质性合作关系的视角,本研究构建了电影合拍方知识溢出效应的研究模型,通过问卷调查及结构方程模型(SEM)对电影内地团队与合拍方的项目合作过程分析后发现,合拍双方的知识势差与合作深度有助于提升合拍方对内地团队的知识溢出,而文化差异则没有显著影响。同时,合拍方的知识溢出对内地团队的绩效改进具有重要的促进作用。最后,通过多群组结构方程模型分析后发现,与过去学界的认知相反,内地团队成员的海外经历对合拍方的知识溢出效应产生起到负向的调节效果。以上结论能够为合拍团队组建、合拍对象选取以及合拍政策优化等方面提供重要的理论参考。

It is an effective way to improve the quality of China s film production to cooperate with overseas film institutions to produce films,which can help to obtain spillover knowledge and technology.Based on the perspective of heterogeneous cooperative relationship,this study constructs a research model on the knowledge spillover effect of collaborators.After analyzing the cooperation process between film mainland teams and collaborators through questionnaire survey and structural equation model(SEM),it is found that the knowledge difference and depth of cooperation between the two sides are helpful to improve the knowledge spillover effect of collaborators to mainland teams,cultural differences have no significant impact.At the same time,the knowledge spillover of collaborators plays an important role in promoting the performance improvement of mainland teams.Finally,through the analysis of multi group structural equation model,it is found that,contrary to the previous academic cognition,the overseas experience of mainland team members has a negative regulatory effect on the knowledge spillover effect of collaborators.The above conclusions can provide important theoretical reference for the formation of Co-production team,the selection of collaborators and the improvement of Co-production policy.
