摘要
针对现有链式捡石机存在的捡石率低、生产成本高、易卡石和针对不同湿度土壤的漏土效果不理想等问题,在传统链式捡石机上增加松土碎石装置、防卡扭力保护器等装置。以捡石率为试验指标,进行田间试验,综合分析。结果表明:(1)松土碎石装置和扭力保护装置可有效解决卡石、漏土效果不理想等问题,降低了卡石对捡石机的磨损,提高了捡石效率;(2)捡石过程稳定性良好,工作效率高,适应性强。当捡石作业深度取153 mm,捡石作业速度取1.79 m/s,栅齿入土角取27.9°时,捡石率可达最大值94.25%。
Aiming at the problems of low stone picking rate, high production cost, easy jamming and unsatisfactory soil leakage effect for soils with different moisture levels, existing chain stone pickers have problems. In the traditional chain stone picker, a loosening and breaking stone device, anti-jamming torsion protector and other devices are added. Take the stone picking rate as the test index, conduct field test and comprehensive analysis. The results show:(1) The loosening and crushing device and the torsion protection device can effectively solve the problems of stone jam and unsatisfactory soil leakage effect. On the one hand, it reduces the abrasion of the jam on the stone picker, and on the other hand, it can improve the efficiency of stone picking;(2) The stone picking process of this machine has good stability, high working efficiency and strong adaptability. When the stone picking depth is set to 153 mm, the stone picking speed is set to 1.79 m/s, and the grid tooth entry angle is set to 27.9°, the stone picking rate can reach the maximum 94.25%.
