摘要
针对电缆铣削除冰防冻装置工作环境恶劣、结构复杂、工作时故障维修困难等问题,提出了一种基于FMECA分析和故障树分析的方法,对电缆铣削除冰装置进行可靠性分析。用这一方法建立层次结构功能图、可靠性框图及故障树,对故障模式进行了严酷度等级分类及分析计算,得到严酷度等级较高和危害度较大的故障模式。通过故障树的定性与定量分析,得到底事件的相对概率重要度,并对严酷度等级较高及危害度较大的故障模式提出了优化措施,为电缆铣削除冰防冻装置的可靠性设计提供参考。
In view of the harsh working environment, complex structure, and difficulty in maintenance of the cable milling deicing and antifreeze device, a method based on FMECA analysis and fault tree analysis is proposed to analyze the reliability of the cable milling deicing device. Through this method, the hierarchical structure function diagram, reliability block diagram and fault tree are established,and the severity level classification and analysis calculation of its failure modes are carried out, and the failure modes with higher severity level and greater damage are obtained. Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the relative probability importance of the bottom event is obtained, and optimization measures are proposed for the failure modes with higher severity and greater damage, which provide a basis for the reliability design of the cable milling deicing and antifreezing device.
