摘要 智慧应急是煤矿风险智能防控一体化的重要组成部分。基于我国应急管理机制建设现状,结合云计算、大数据技术理念,阐述了大数据视角下的应急管理机制,提出了包含应急数据采集、多源异构数据平台、智慧决策分析、应用及展示等4层的智慧应急云平台架构体系;从煤矿事故全过程角度出发,探讨了煤矿智慧应急平台中的应急情报整合、事故关键隐患挖掘、衍生灾害预测分析、事故应急反演、应急方案优选等关键技术及实现途径,以期为完善煤矿安全生产“一张图”、建设智慧应急平台提供参考。 Intelligent emergency is an important part of the integration of coal mine risk intelligent prevention and control.Based on the current situation of China's emergency management mechanism construction,combined with cloud computing and big data technology concepts,the emergency management mechanism from the perspective of big data is explained.The four-layer intelligent emergency cloud platform architecture system is proposed,including emergency data collection,multi-source heterogeneous data platform,intelligent decision analysis,application and display.From the perspective of coal mine accident whole process,the key technologies and their implementation in coal mine intelligent emergency cloud platform,including the integration of emergency intelligence,the mining of key hidden dangers of accidents,the prediction and analysis of derivative disasters,the inversion of accidents and the optimization of emergency plans are discussed,which provide reference for completing the safety production"one map"of coal mines and building an intelligent emergency platform.
