摘要
介绍了青龙煤矿5G专网组成,研究分析了5G核心网共享专网、混合专网、独享专网3种主要形式,详细阐述了青龙煤矿5G专网中专网语音通讯、专网数据传输、地面无线覆盖技术和方法;研究了5G基站双注册方法、FlexE硬切片分组等关键技术,提出煤矿工业互联网“一张网”建设方案,以实现矿井地面的办公网、数据中心、控制网、井下环网以及各种系统及设备的接入互联互通。5G专网经过在青龙煤矿的工程应用,使得井下网络基础条件得以改善,承载网带宽提高,可支持更多智能化设备的接入,达到了减人增效的效果。
This paper introduces the composition of 5G private network in Qinglong Coal Mine,studies and analyzes three main forms of 5G core network including sharing private network,hybrid private network and exclusive private network,and expounds in detail the technologies and methods of private network voice communication,private network data transmission and ground wireless coverage in 5G private network in Qinglong Coal Mine.The key technologies such as dual registration method of 5G base station and FlexE hard chip grouping are studied,and the construction scheme of"one network"for coal mine industrial Internet is proposed to realize the access and interconnection of office network,data center,control network,underground ring network and various systems and equipment on the ground of the mine.The engineering application of 5G private network in Qinglong Coal Mine has improved the basic conditions of the underground network and the bandwidth of the bearer network,which can support the access of more intelligent equipment and achieve the effect of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency.
