摘要 以淮河能源控股集团煤业分公司顾桥煤矿(以下简称“顾桥煤矿”)1613(3)智能综采工作面为例,介绍了该智能化综采工作面建设实现的功能及其智能化生产模式,对建设过程中涉及的采煤机、液压支架控制及智能割煤工艺等关键技术进行了研究。在引入成熟的SAM型综采自动化系统的基础上,采煤机采用光纤复合电缆与5G相结合的通讯方式,实现综采工作面惯导系统数据传输高效稳定,为自动找直创造条件;基于现场地质条件较为复杂的实际,优化了综采工作面中部回采工艺流程,实现综采工作面液压支架自动跟机移架;基于现场设备布置及具体动作,优化采煤机在端头部分的运行策略,实现端头“三角煤”区域采煤机自动运行和液压支架自动跟机。针对现场应用效果,提出了加强两端头煤壁支护钢带和锚杆的拆除及拾取工艺、增强回采工艺与围岩的耦合程度、提高视频识别准确性、加强液压支架调控与围岩耦合程度、增强液压支架姿态调整适应性等4项智能化综采工作面建设亟需解决的问题。 Taking the 1613(3)fully mechanized working face of Guqiao Coal Mine of Coal Industry Company Limited of Huaihe Energy Holding Group(hereinafter referred to as Guqiao Coal Mine)as an example,this paper introduces the functions and intelligent production mode realized in the construction of intelligent fully mechanized working face,and studies the key technologies involved in the construction process,such as shearer,hydraulic support control and intelligent coal cutting technology.On the basis of introducing the mature SAM type fully mechanized coal mining automation system,the shearer adopts the combined communication mode of optical fiber composite cable and 5G to realize the efficient and stable data transmission of the inertial navigation system in the fully mechanized coal mining face and create conditions for automatic alignment.According to the practical relatively complex geological conditions at the site,the mining process in the middle of the fully mechanized mining face is optimized,which realizes the automatic operation of shear and the automatic movement of supports.On the Basis of the field equipment layout and specific actions,optimizing the operation strategy of the shearer at the end can realize the automatic operation of shear and the automatic movement of supports in the triangle coal area at the end of working face.Aiming at the field application effect,four urgent problems to be solved in the construction of intelligent fully mechanized mining face are proposed,including strengthening the removal and picking process of the support steel belt and anchor bolt at both ends of the coal wall,enhancing the coupling degree between the mining process and the surrounding rock,improving the accuracy of video recognition,strengthening the coupling degree between the hydraulic support regulation and the surrounding rock and enhancing the adaptability of the hydraulic support attitude adjustment.
