工学结合在“三教改革”中的运用探索——以《财务机器人》为例

摘要 在职业教育提质培优背景下,财会专业教育需顺应大数据、人工智能、移动互联网、云计算和物联网等技术变革,培养复合型、创新型技术技能人才,由此《财务机器人》课程应运而生。作为一门新兴课程,如何践行《职业教育提质培优行动计划(2020—2023年)》成为课程设计一大难题。文章在探析财务机器人应用与开发广阔前景基础上,探索“两路并进”改革模式,强调工学结合、以岗定需,并沿着教师、教材、教法的“三教改革”路线分步实施,为探析高职院校财会专业教学提供一定的改革思路。 In the background of vocational education quality improvement, financial and accounting professional education needs to adapt to big data, artificial intelligence, mobile Internet, cloud computing and Internet of things and other technological changes, to cultivate compound, innovative technical skills, thus the "Financial Robot" course arises at the right moment. As an emerging course, how to implement the Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Fostering excellence of Vocational Education(2020-2023) has become a major problem in curriculum design. On the basis of exploring the broad prospect of the application and development of financial robots, the paper explores the reform mode of "two ways and simultaneously", emphasizes the combination of work and study, according to the needs of the post, and carries out step by step along the "three teaching reform" route of teachers, textbooks and teaching methods, so as to provide some reform ideas for the teaching of finance and accounting in higher vocational colleges.
