摘要
文章在国家“数字中国”的战略背景下,为有效落实教育部一系列有关实现专业升级和数字化改造的通知精神,探讨为培养新时代高素质数字化人才而实现专业升级和数字化改造的路径,论述实现专业升级和数字化改造的理论基础,重点介绍专业升级和数字化改造的保障工程——数字教材建设,以及专业升级和数字化改造的主体工程——实现人才培养全链条质量智能监控的方法,并结合现状提出实现专业升级和数字化改造需要注意的几个问题。
In the context of the national“Digital China”strategy,in order to adhere to the spirit of a series of notices and instructions of the Ministry of Education on achieving professional upgrading and digital transformation,this paper discusses the path to realize professional upgrading and digital transformation,so as to cultivate high-quality digital talents,illustrates the theoretical basis for achieving professional upgrading and digital transformation,and defines a series of basic theories related to cloud teaching,teaching modernization and digital textbooks.In addition,it focuses on introducing the construction of digital teaching materials(the main project of professional upgrading and digital transformation),and the guarantee project of professional upgrading and digital transformation(the method of realizing intelligent monitoring of quality in the whole process of talent training).Finally,this paper puts forward several problems that should be emphasized in realizing professional upgrading and digital transformation in combination with the current situation.
