摘要
数字教育是国际上重点发展的新型教育形态。文章采用质性研究方法对北京市数字教育的建设与发展情况进行了调研分析,厘清数字教育的现实意涵,并提出北京市教育数字化转型的六条实践策略:一是夯实教育数字底座,提供高速、鲁棒、绿色、安全的网络服务;二是创新在线教育服务的供给方式,持续推进“互联网+基础教育”;三是推进教学模式迭代创新,深化信息技术与学科教学系统融合;四是提升师生数字素养与技能,有效开展信息技术教育应用培训;五是聚焦精细化和科学化,全面推动数据驱动的教育管理信息化;六是加强数字教育队伍建设,完善多部门跨层级协同联动机制。
Digital education is an internationally developed new form of education.By using a qualitative research method,this paper investigates and analyzes the construction and development of digital education in Beijing,clarifies the relevance of digital education,and proposes six practical strategies for digital transformation of education in Beijing:(1)Consolidating the digital base of education and providing high-speed,robust,green and secure network services;(2)Innovating online education services and continuing to promote“Internet+Basic Education”;(3)Promoting the iterative innovation of teaching models and deepening the systematic integration of information technology and subject teaching;(4)Enhancing the digital literacy and skills of teachers and students,conducting effectively training on the applications of information technology education;(5)Focusing on refinement and scientification,and comprehensively boosting the informatization of data-driven education management;(6)Strengthening the construction of digital education faculty and improving the multi-sectoral and cross-level collaboration and connectivity mechanism.
