摘要 创新融合发展是教育信息化2.0时代对高校教师教学发展的要求。高校教师教学还存在着“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”等理念未完全落实到课程中、信息化教学创新能力不足、课程建设质量和实施效果有待提升等问题。文章采用行动研究法,将混合式教学理念引入到高校教师教学发展实践中,以真实情境的混合式教学改革和一流课程建设实践为驱动任务,通过混合式教学创新发展方案一体化设计和实施,提供基于效果的及时反馈和个性化支持,助推教师开展课程反思和课程再设计,引导建立教学研究实践共同体实现教师教学创新化发展。三轮迭代研究实践表明,构建具有示范性的教师混合式教学创新发展模式,能够有效提升教师信息化教学创新能力,为高校教师教学发展工作提供方案和思路。 Integrated innovation and development is the requirement of the education information 2.0 era for the teaching development of university teachers.At present,there are still some problems in the teaching of university teachers.For example,the concept of“student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement”is not fully implemented in the curriculum.Teachers’innovating ability of information-based teaching is insufficient.Moreover,the quality of curriculum construction and the effect of implementation need to be improved and enhanced.This study adopts the action research method,introduces the blended teaching concept into the teaching development practice of university teachers,takes the real situation of blended teaching reform and first-class curriculum construction practice as the driving task,designs and implements the integrated innovative teaching development program,provides timely feedback and personalized support based on results,helps teachers carry out curriculum reflection and curriculum redesign,and guides the establishment of teaching research practice community to achieve innovative development of teachers’teaching.The practice of three rounds of iterative research shows that,the construction of a demonstrative model of teachers’blended teaching innovation development can not only effectively improve teachers’innovating ability of information teaching,but also produce a plan and ideas for the teaching development of university teachers.
