摘要
动态市场环境下,高管团队的创业导向将决定企业的生存。研究创业导向与企业绩效之间的关系一直是热点问题,却鲜有学者基于动态环境研究双重中介变量在其中的影响效果。数字经济正迅猛发展,探索数字化情境下创业导向影响企业绩效的作用机制具有重要的实践价值。以长三角地区的280家企业为研究样本,构建理论模型并进行分析,发现数字化和战略柔性均部分中介创业导向和企业绩效的联系,数字化和战略柔性在创业导向和企业绩效之间发挥链式中介作用。结果表明:数字化背景下,在进行创业导向的过程中,企业要注重数字化发展并提升战略柔性来实现企业更好更快发展。
In the highly changing market environment,whether entrepreneurs or top managers have entrepreneurial oriented strategic consciousness determines the survival of their enterprises.Research on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance has always been the focus of entrepreneurship research,while few scholars study the impact of dual mediating variable on the two in dynamic environment.Based on the rapid development of digital economy,it is of great research value to explore the mechanism between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance.This study takes 280 enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research samples,constructs a theoretical model and analyzes it.The research finds that,both digitalization and strategic flexibility play a partial intermediary role between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance,exerting the chain mediation effect in their relationship.Under the digital background,enterprises should pay attention to their own digital development and enhance their strategic flexibility to achieve better and faster development in the process of entrepreneurship orientation.
