摘要
导师制是研究生教育的基本制度,隐性知识是其核心价值所在。导师通过对研究生道德情操的熏陶、科研思维的传承、创新精神的培养,会将隐性知识传授学生。但就研究生导师制实施的现状而言,导师之“导”过程不足、内容异化、方向模糊,直接影响了导师制“隐性知识”核心价值的发挥。导师制的改进应遵循道器不离的基本策略,推进寓教于研、寓研于教,发展学术共同体。
The tutorial system,whose core value is tacit knowledge,forms the basic system of postgraduate education.The tutor will impart the postgraduate students with tacit knowledge in such ways as the edification of moral sentiment,the inheritance of scientific research spirit and the cultivation of creative thinking.However,as far as the status quo of the tutorial system of postgraduate education is concerned,the inadequacy of the“guidance”process,the content alienation and the vague direction of the tutorial system directly weaken the core value of the tacit knowledge of the tutorial system.The tutorial system can't be optimized without research,which is the core of postgraduate education.Learning through doing research,doing research through teaching,and developing academic communities are effective optimization strategies of the tutorial system.
