运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、头脑风暴法等研究方法,对后奥运时代冬奥遗产治理进行研究,旨在促进我国冬奥遗产可持续发展。后冬奥时代冬奥遗产治理的价值意义:推进物质遗产治理,实现场馆再生价值;落实文化遗产治理,创造冰雪品牌价值;深化精神遗产治理,承载冬奥精神价值。后冬奥时代冬奥遗产治理的现实基础:具备多重特性,满足多元需求;立足教科文卫,培育持久动能;构建国家认同,激发奋斗精神。通过物质遗产“三化”开发,助推体育旅游发展;通过文化遗产“三特”开发,增强体育文化自信;通过精神遗产“三有”开发,赓续体育精神谱系等发展路径,有助于提高后奥运时代冬奥遗产善治水平。

In order to promote the sustainable development of the Winter Olympic heritage in China,this paper studies the governance of the Winter Olympic heritage in the post-Olympic era by using the research methods of literature,logical analysis and brainstorming.The value significance of the Winter Olympic heritage management in the post-Winter Olympic era:promoting the material heritage management and realizing the venue regeneration value;implementing cultural heritage management and create brand value of ice and snow.We will deepen the governance of the spiritual heritage and carry the spiritual values of the Winter Olympics.The practical basis of the Winter Olympic heritage management in the post-Winter Olympic era:it has multiple characteristics and meets multiple needs.Based on education,science,culture and health,cultivate lasting kinetic energy,to build national identity,stimulate the spirit of struggle,promote the development of sports tourism through the development of material heritage“three making”.The development of cultural heritage“three special”enhance the confidence of sports culture;the development path of spiritual heritage,such as“three have”development,ceasing sports spirit pedigree,etc.,can improve the good governance level of the legacy of the Winter Olympics in the post-Olympic era and realize the maximum benefit.
