坚定文化自信,推动语文课程创新——《义务教育语文课程标准(2022年版)》解读 被引量:6

摘要 《义务教育语文课程标准(2022年版)》强调“文化自信”,要求加大中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化教育力度。它不仅用“文化自信”引领中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化教育,注重“立德树人”“以文化人”的根本任务和育人导向,用中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化统领语文课程内容,将其中的重大主题作为“六大学习任务群”的学习主题与载体形式,而且还在教学建议和考试评价等方面提出了相应的要求。《义务教育语文课程标准(2022年版)》倡导中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化教育的主要学理依据在于:筑牢意识形态安全防线,坚定文化自信,顺应语文教育与时俱进的时代要求;体现“工具性和人文性相统一”的课程属性;发挥“以文化人”的课程育人价值。基于《义务教育语文课程标准(2022年版)》的中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化教育,要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚守语言运用本位,积极实施学习任务群教学,坚持内容进阶与学生心理发展相统一,强化语文学科实践,突出中外文化思辨比较,开展相关的实践研究,增强文化自信,推动义务教育语文课程不断创新与协调发展。 The Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)attaches unprecedented importance to“cultural confidence”and strengthens the education of“traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture”.It guides the education of these three cultures with“cultural confidence”due to the emphasis on the fundamental education task of cultivating people with virtue and culture.It also serves the main subjects in these three cultures as the learning theme and carrier form of the“six major task groups”of Chinese courses.In addition,relevant requirements in teaching and examination evaluation are also included.There are the following theoretical bases behind the education of traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture advocated by the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition):the requirements of the times to build a firm line of defense for ideological security,strengthen cultural confidence,and to keep pace with the times for Chinese education;the curriculum attribute of“unity of instrumentality and humanism”;and the Chinese curriculum function of“civilizing people with culture”.The education of these three cultures,based on the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhere to the basis of language application,actively implement the teaching of learning task groups,insist on the unity of advanced content and students psychological development,strengthen the practice of Chinese curriculum,attach importance to the comparison of Chinese and foreign cultures,and carry out relevant practical research.Consequently,it is expected to enhance cultural confidence,and promote the continuous innovation and coordinated development of compulsory education Chinese curriculum.
