舒筋汤联合关节松解手法治疗肩周炎的临床效果探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Shujin Decoction Combined with Joint Release Manipulation in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的探讨舒筋汤联合关节松解手法治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法68例肩周炎患者随机均分为两组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用关节松解手法治疗,观察组采用舒筋汤联合关节松解手法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效以及肩关节活动度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.06%,显著高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组的肩关节外展度、屈曲度均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组的肩关节外展度、屈曲度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒筋汤联合关节松解手法可提高肩周炎患者的肩关节活动度,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shujin Decoction combined with joint release manipulation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 68 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly and equally divided into two groups.On the basis of regular therapy,the control group was treated with joint release manipulation,and the observation group was treated with Shujin Decoction combined with joint release manipulation.The clinical efficacy and the motion range of the shoulder joint were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.06%,significantly higher than 76.47%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the degree of abduction and degree of flexion of the shoulder joint in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of abduction and degree of flexion of the shoulder joint in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shujin Decoction combined with joint release manipulation can improve the motion range of the shoulder joint of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,and has exact efficacy.
