中药熏洗结合手法复位治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节活动度及疼痛程度的影响

Impact of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Manual Reduction Therapy on the Range of Motion of Wrist Joint and Pain Degree of Patients with Distal Radius Fracture

目的探讨中药熏洗结合手法复位治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节活动度及疼痛程度的影响。方法84例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为两组各42例。对照组采用手法复位治疗,观察组采用中药熏洗结合手法复位治疗。比较两组的腕关节活动度及疼痛程度。结果治疗后,观察组的腕关节桡偏、掌屈、背伸活动度均显著高于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗结合手法复位治疗桡骨远端骨折可明显提升患者的腕关节活动度,降低疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with manual reduction therapy on the range of motion of wrist joint and pain degree of patients with distal radius fracture.Methods 84 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with manual reduction.The range of motion of wrist joint and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the radial deviation,palmar flexion and dorsal extension of wrist joint in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with manual reduction in the treatment of distal radius fracture can obviously improve the range of motion of wrist joint,and reduce the pain degree of patients.
