曲安奈德、复方倍他米松及强的松龙注射液治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Effects and Influencing Factors of Triamcinolone Acetonide,Compound Betamethasone and Prednisolone Injections in the Treatment of Keloids

目的探讨曲安奈德、复方倍他米松、强的松龙注射液治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果及影响因素。方法90例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为曲安奈德组、复方倍他米松组、强的松龙组,分别给予对应药物联合利多卡因局部注射,比较三组的治疗效果,分析疗效的影响因素。结果复方倍他米松组的总有效率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。单因素和多因素分析显示,病变部位在腹部、颈肩部与四肢为影响疗效的独立危险因素。结论复方倍他米松治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果较好,瘢痕部位是影响疗效的主要因素。

Objective To explore the effects and influencing factors of triamcinolone acetonide,compound betamethasone and prednisolone injections in the treatment of keloids.Methods 90 patients with keloids were randomly divided into triamcinolone acetonide group,compound betamethasone group and prednisolone group.The three groups were respectively given the corresponding drug combined with lidocaine for local injection.The treatment effects of the three groups were compared,and the influencing factors of the curative effect were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the compound betamethasone group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis showed that the lesions in the abdomen,neck and shoulders,and limbs were independent risk factors affecting the curative effect.Conclusions Compound betamethasone has good effect in the treatment of keloids,and the scar location is the main factor affecting the curative effect.
