乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合乌司他丁用于ARDS机械通气患者的价值研究

Study on the Value of Acetylcysteine Inhalation Combined with Ulinastatin Applied in ARDS Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合乌司他丁用于ARDS机械通气患者的价值。方法134例ARDS机械通气患者分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合乌司他丁治疗,比较两组的血气指标、炎性因子及预后。结果治疗后,观察组的PaO、PaO/FiO水平均高于对照组,FiO、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的28 d生存率为85.07%,高于对照组的70.15%(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合乌司他丁可有效改善ARDS机械通气患者的血气指标,抑制炎性因子,提高生存率。

Objective To explore the value of acetylcysteine inhalation combined with ulinastatin applied in ARDS patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods 134 ARDS patients with mechanical ventilation were divided into two groups.The control group received regular therapy,and the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine inhalation combined with ulinastatin on the basis of the control group.The blood gas indicators,inflammatory factors and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of PaOand PaO/FiOin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of FiO,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 28-day survival rate in the observation group was 85.07%,higher than70.15%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acetylcysteine inhalation combined with ulinastatin can effectively improve the blood gas indicators of ARDS patients with mechanical ventilation,inhibit inflammatory factors,and improve the survival rate.
