基于5A模式的早期康复护理对急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者自我管理能力及预后的影响

Impact of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Based on 5A Mode on Self-Management Ability and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Underwent Interventional Therapy

目的探讨基于5A模式的早期康复护理对急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者自我管理能力及预后的影响。方法86例行介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规康复护理,观察组实施基于5A模式的早期康复护理,比较两组的自我管理能力(CSMS评分)及心血管不良事件发生率。结果出院后1个月,两组的CSMS评分均高于护理前,且观察组的CSMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院后1个月,观察组的心血管不良事件发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05)。结论基于5A模式的早期康复护理能显著提升急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者的自我管理能力,减少心血管不良事件的发生。

Objective To explore the impact of early rehabilitation nursing based on 5A mode on self-management ability and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent interventional therapy.Methods 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent interventional therapy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing based on 5A mode.The self-management ability(CSMS score)and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results One month after discharge,the CSMS scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the CSMS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).One month after discharge,the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events of the observation group was 4.65%,lower than 18.60%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing based on 5A mode can significantly improve the self-management ability of patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent interventional therapy and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
