家庭参与式护理在小儿先天性巨结肠术前肠道准备中的应用

Application of Family-Integrated Care in Preoperative Bowel Preparation of Children with Hirschsprung’s Disease

目的探讨家庭参与式护理(FIC)在小儿先天性巨结肠术前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法96例先天性巨结肠患儿随机分为两组,观察组采用FIC,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组术前灌肠天数及灌肠时间少于对照组,肠道清洁度优良率高于对照组,护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FIC可缩短先天性巨结肠患儿术前肠道准备时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of family-integrated care(FIC)in preoperative bowel preparation of children with Hirschsprung’s disease.Methods 96 children with Hirschsprung’s disease were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received FIC,and the control group received routine care.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The preoperative enema days and enema time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the excellent and good rate of intestinal cleanliness was higher than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions FIC can shorten the preoperative bowel preparation time in children with Hirschsprung’s disease.
