基于放松训练的心理护理结合5E康复模式在股骨骨折康复中的价值

Value of Psychological Nursing Based on Relaxation Training Combined with 5E Rehabilitation Model in the Rehabilitation of Femoral Fractures

目的探讨基于放松训练的心理护理结合5E康复模式在股骨骨折康复中的价值。方法100例股骨骨折患者随机分为观察组(基于放松训练的心理护理结合5E康复模式)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组的康复效果。结果干预后,观察组的GAD-7、PHQ-9评分均低于对照组,Harris评分、SF-36评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于放松训练的心理护理结合5E康复模式可促进股骨骨折患者的术后康复,改善心理状态和关节功能,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing based on relaxation training combined with 5E rehabilitation model in the rehabilitation of femoral fractures.Methods 100 patients with femoral fractures were randomly divided into the observation group(psychological nursing based on relaxation training combined with 5E rehabilitation model)and the control group(routine nursing).The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the Harris score and SF-36 score were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing based on relaxation training combined with 5E rehabilitation model can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral fracture,improve psychological state and joint function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
