摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预对食管癌患者术后营养状态及生活质量的影响。方法160例行手术治疗的食管癌患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续性护理干预,比较两组营养状态和生活质量。结果干预3个月后,两组的MNA评分均高于出院前,QLQ-OES18各维度评分均低于出院前(P<0.05);观察组的MNA评分高于对照组,QLQ-OES18各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预有助于改善食管癌患者的术后营养状态和生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 160 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the MNA scores of the two groups were higher than those before discharge,and the scores of each dimension of QLQ-OES18were lower than those before discharge(P<0.05);The MNA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of QLQ-OES18 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention can help improve postoperative nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.
