环节质量管理在CT引导下肺部病灶穿刺活检患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Link Quality Management in Patients with CT-Guided Needle Biopsy of Lung Lesions

目的探讨环节质量管理在CT引导下经皮经胸肺部病灶穿刺活检(PTNB)患者中的效果。方法回顾性分析86例PTNB患者的临床资料,其中环节质量管理开展前行PTNB的43例患者为对照组,环节质量管理开展后行PTNB的43例患者为观察组,比较两组的心理状态、检查质量和并发症。结果观察组的SAS、SDS评分以及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,物品药物准备完好率、患者术中依从性、体位符合率、病理标本处理合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论环节质量管理能有效改善CT引导下肺部病灶穿刺活检患者的心理状态,提高检查质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of link quality management in patients with CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy of lung lesions(PTNB).Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with PTNB were retrospectively analyzed.43patients with PTNB before the implementation of link quality management were selected as the control group,and 43 patients with PTNB after the implementation of link quality management were selected as the observation group.The psychological state,inspection quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score,SDS score and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the preparation readiness rate of items and drugs,patients’intraoperative compliance,posture coincidence rate,and qualified rate of pathological specimen processing were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Link quality management can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with CT-guided needle biopsy of lung lesions,improve the quality of inspection,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
