Objective To explore the application effect of early partial weight-bearing rehabilitation exercise in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with calcaneal fracture. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with calcaneal fracture who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.35 patients who received routine rehabilitation exercise intervention after surgery were selected as the control group, and 35 patients with early partial weight-bearing rehabilitation exercise intervention after surgery were selected as the observation group. The foot functions before and after intervention, and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of intervention, the Maryland scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the Maryland score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 5.71%,significantly lower than 22.86%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early partial weight-bearing rehabilitation exercise applied in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with calcaneal fracture can effectively promote the recovery of foot function, with low incidence of complications.
