袋鼠式护理干预在NICU支气管肺发育不良早产儿中的应用

Application of Kangaroo Mother Care Intervention in Premature Infants with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia in NICU

目的探讨袋鼠式护理(KMC)干预在NICU支气管肺炎发育不良(BPD)早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月我院NICU收治的81例BPD早产儿,根据护理干预方法的不同分为两组。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施KMC干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的用氧时间、完全经口喂养时间及住院时间均短于对照组,经皮血氧饱和度及体重增长均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论KMC干预有利于改善NICU BPD早产儿的临床症状,促进体重增长,缩短完全经口喂养时间及住院时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of kangaroo mother care(KMC)intervention in premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)in NICU.Methods 81 premature infants with BPD admitted to NICU of our hospital from January 2018to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received KMC intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The oxygenation time,complete oral feeding time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the transcutaneous oxygen saturation and weight gain were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions KMC intervention is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of premature infants with BPD in NICU,promote weight gain,and shorten the complete oral feeding time and hospitalization time.
