袋鼠式护理模式在新生儿肺炎患儿中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Kangaroo Mother Care Mode in Neonates with Pneumonia

目的分析袋鼠式护理模式在新生儿肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年6月我院收治的116例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机分为两组各58例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予袋鼠式护理干预。比较两组的临床症状消失时间、睡眠质量及应激反应。结果干预后,观察组的咳嗽、咳痰、发热和肺部湿啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组,白天、夜间睡眠时间以及夜间最长持续睡眠时间均显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的血氧饱和度水平显著高于对照组,呼吸频率及心率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论袋鼠式护理模式可显著缩短新生儿肺炎患儿的临床症状消失时间,改善患儿的睡眠质量,减轻患儿的应激反应。

Objective To analyze the application effect of kangaroo mother care mode in neonates with pneumonia.Methods 116neonates with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given kangaroo mother care intervention on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,sleep quality and stress response were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the disappearance time of cough,expectoration,fever and pulmonary rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the daytime sleep duration,nighttime sleep duration and maximum duration of sleep at night were significantly longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood oxygen saturation level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the respiratory rate and heart rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kangaroo mother care mode can obviously shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of neonates with pneumonia,improve the sheep quality and relieve stress response of neonates.
