基于护理程序的整体护理干预在重症肺炎合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者中的应用

Application of Holistic Nursing Intervention Based on Nursing Procedure in Patients with Severe Pneumonia Complicated with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的探讨基于护理程序的整体护理干预在重症肺炎合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者中的应用效果。方法65例重症肺炎合并ARDS患者根据护理干预方法的不同分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(基于护理程序的整体护理干预),比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的退热时间、呼吸困难缓解时间、机械通气时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,干预7 d后的APACHEⅡ评分显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于护理程序的整体护理干预可明显改善重症肺炎合并ARDS患者的病情,缩短患者康复时间,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure in patients with severe pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods 65 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ARDS were divided into the control group(routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure)according to different nursing intervention methods,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The antipyretic time,dyspnea relief time,mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the APACHEⅡscore after 7 days of intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure can obviously improve the disease condition of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ARDS,shorten the recovery time,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
