Objective To analyze the influencing factors of vascular reocclusion after thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received intravenous thrombolysis in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of vascular reocclusion at 3 days after treatment of patients was counted, and the related influencing factors for the occurrence of vascular reocclusion after thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results Among 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction, vascular reocclusion occurred in 20 cases after intravenous thrombolysis, and the incidence rate was 24.39%.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis showed that complication of diabetes mellitus, high NIHSS score at admission, and long duration from onset to thrombolytic therapy were risk factors for the occurrence of vascular reocclusion after thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Vascular reocclusion after thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction is related to complication of diabetes mellitus, high NIHSS score at admission, and long duration from onset to thrombolytic therapy.Based on this, targeted intervention programs can be formulated to reduce the occurrence risk of reocclusion after thrombolytic therapy.
