摘要
采用滚珠旋压成形技术将Φ10.8 mm×0.5 mm的NCu40-2-1坯料管件加工成壁厚0.1 mm,0.05 mm的超薄壁管。研究发现随着减薄量增大,管件的表面粗糙度呈现缓慢增长趋势,并保持在0.2~0.3μm。检测织构的演变情况发现在滚珠旋压超薄壁管的减薄量超过80%后,随着壁厚减薄率逐步增加,织构相对强度呈先增加后减小趋势。
The wall thickness of theΦ10.8 mm×0.5 mm NCu40-2-1 alloy tube is processed to 0.1~0.05 mm with the ball-spinning forming technology.It is found that the surface roughness of pipe fittings increases slowly with the increase of thinning reduction ratio and keeps at 0.2~0.3μm.After detecting the evolution of the tube’s microtexture,it is revealed that once its wall-thickness reduction rate exceeds 80%,along with the increase of the reduction rate,the microtexture relative strength of the ball-spinning process-made ultra-thin walled tube presents a changing trend as first increasing and then decreasing.
