摘要
介绍了3种热传递方式及热流密度、热流量、对流传热系数的计算公式;阐释了一种热轧无缝钢管车间轧件的温降计算方法,并计算了某连轧轧制表中典型规格轧件的温降。结果显示,根据轧制表上的管坯、毛管、荒管规格,先计算其热容、热流密度,再计算出轧件的每秒温降以及轧件在每个运输时间段的温降,可以得到轧件在生产全过程中的温度数值。该方法可为生产工艺提供温度制度上的支持,也便于针对性制定节能措施,优化工艺布置及选择运输设备型式。
Described here in the paper are three heat transfer types and the calculation formulas for heat flow density,heat flux and convective heat transfer coefficient.And elaborated is a calculation method for temperature drop of workpiece in pipe hot-rolling workshop with which the temperature drop data for the representative tube sizes as list in a certain rolling scheme are calculated out.As a result,it shows that the temperature numerical values of the workpieces as produced during the entire production process can be obtained by means of as per the sizes of the billet,the shell and the tube as list in the rolling scheme,first computing out the heat capacity and the heat density,and then the temperature drop per second and the temperature drop in each period of transportation time of the workpiece.The above mentioned method is capable of providing support to the manufacturing process in terms of temperature scheme,and also is helpful for working out pin-pointed energy-saving actions,optimizing the process layout and determining types of the transportation facilities.
