N80-1加厚油管的工艺与性能研究

摘要 介绍了N80-1加厚油管的生产工艺,分析了加厚端、过渡带和管体的金相组织和性能。结果表明:N80-1加厚油管不同位置的金相组织存在较大的差异,加厚端为粗大的珠光体+网状铁素体,过渡带为异常的两相区加热组织,管体为细小的珠光体+均匀分散的铁素体;加厚端、过渡带和管体的性能差异较大,硬度和强度依次降低,而冲击性能依次提高。对比研究了正火对油管不同位置的组织和性能的影响。正火处理后,N80-1油管不同位置的金相组织均得以细化和均匀化,组织基本相同且铁素体含量显著增多,强度、硬度和冲击性能均趋于一致,且整体强度和硬度显著下降,冲击性能显著提高。 Described here are the basic processes for producing the N80-1 upset tubing,and analyzed are the metallographic structure and the properties of the upset end,the transitional section and the pipe body proper of the said tubing.The result via the analysis shows that the metallographic structures at different positions are different i.e.,coarse pearlite and ferrite network are found at the upset position,abnormal dual-phase zone heated micro structure at the transitional section,while fine pearlite and even dispersed ferrite are found with the pipe body proper;the properties of the upset end,the transitional section and the pipe body proper are different obviously,the hardness and tensile properties decreased from the upset end to the transitional section to the pipe body proper,whereas the impact toughness increased following the same order.After the normalizing,the metallographic structures at the said different positions all get fined and homogenized,and are almost the same,while the ferrite content is significantly increased;their strength,hardness and impact toughness are tending to unanimity,moreover the overall strength and hardness are obviously decreased,and the impact toughness greatly increased.
