针灸治疗卒中后疲劳的临床疗效评价量表的应用分析

Application and analysis of clinical therapeutic effect evaluation scale for post-stroke fatigue treated by acupuncture

针灸可以显著改善卒中后患者疲劳程度,其主要评价指标为量表。本文通过了解卒中后疲劳(PSF)常用量表的临床使用情况,综述PSF评估量表,对比单维度与多维度量表之间的差异,分析现存问题并为未来针灸治疗PSF的临床诊断、疗效评价等方面提供建议。

Acupuncture can significantly improve the fatigue degree of post-stroke patients,and its main evaluation index is the scale.Through understanding clinical application condition of commonly used scale for post-stroke fatigue(PSF),the present article summarizes the PSF evaluation scales,compares the differences between uni-dimensional and multi-dimensional scales,analyzes existing problems,and provides suggestions for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation of PSF treated by acupuncture in the future.
