益肾法中药治疗动脉粥样硬化的策略与进展

Strategies and progress of tonifying kidney method of traditional Chinese Medicine in treating atherosclerosis

与传统单一机制的药物不同,中药拥有复杂的成分且相互间作用,中医药发挥其治病必求于本的特色和优势,以益肾法治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)。本综述从现代科学的角度回顾了多种益肾法治疗AS患者的临床研究和益肾法作用于动物及细胞模型的机制研究,总结益肾法中药治疗AS研究的进展。

Unlike traditional single-mechanism drugs,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)possesses complex components and they can interact with each other.TCM exerts the feature and advantage of"treat disease,cure must seek the root cause",and treats atherosclerosis(AS)with tonifying kidney method.The present review reviews clinical studies on AS patients treated with multiple tonifying kidney methods and mechanism of tonifying kidney method acting on animal and cell models,and summarizes the research progress of tonifying kidney TCM in the treatment of AS.
