Research on the Way of Hidden Ideological and Political Education in American Colleges and Universities

隐性思想政治教育是美国高校思想政治教育工作的重要特色。该文结合其理论渊源和现实背景,分析美国高校进行隐性思想政治教育的六个主要实施途径:课程教学隐性渗透、课外实践活动、高校学术事务管理制度、校园精神文化建设、标志性校园建筑熏陶,以及隐性教育与宗教教育相融合,并在此基础上提出对我国高校思政工作的启示。

Implicit ideological and political education is an important feature of the ideological and political education in American universities.Combined with its theoretical origin and practical background,this paper analyzes the six main implementation ways of implicit ideological and political education in American universities:implicit penetration of curriculum teaching,extracurricular practical activities,university academic affairs management system,campus spiritual and cultural construction,edification of landmark campus buildings,and the integration of implicit education and religious education.On this basis,it puts forward the enlightenment to the ideological and political work in universities in China.
