多维度科教融合育人体系构建与实践——以特种能源技术与工程专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 科教融合是整合高等学校办学资源、培养学生创新能力的一种有效途径。为满足国防武器能源行业对自主创新人才的需求,中北大学特种能源技术与工程专业从思政教育、实践教学、实践教学平台、理论教学和创新创业教育五个维度入手,全方位整合科研-教学资源,初步构建面向武器能源创新人才培养的多维度科教融合育人体系,显著提升专业的育人水平和学生的创新能力,为武器能源创新人才培养提供可行途径。 The integration of science and education is an effective way to integrate the colleges school running resources and cultivate students'innovative ability.In order to meet the demand for independent innovation talents in the national defense weapon energy industry,the major of special energy technology and engineering of North University of China has comprehensively integrated scientific research and teaching resources from the five dimensions of the ideological and political education,practical teaching,practical teaching platform,theoretical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and preliminarily constructed a multi-dimensional science and education integrated education system for the cultivation of weapon energy innovation talents.It has significantly improved the professional education level and students'innovation ability,and provided a feasible way for the cultivation of innovative talents in weapon energy industry.
