基于EEGLAB对癫痫样脑电信号处理应用研究

摘要 脑电图(EEG)是癫痫临床检测的重要检查手段之一,它能为癫痫患者发作提供独特的临床证据。EEGLAB是一款专门对脑电信号进行处理的工具箱,其基于MATLAB平台,作为一种开源工具包专为脑电信号研究人员使用。基于EEGLAB对来自某儿童医院的11名癫痫患者的原始脑电信号进行处理,原始数据以EDF格式存储,对其进行过滤、去除不良通道、独立分量分析(ICA)去伪差、重采样、滑动窗口分割等。对原始信号的有效预处理可为后续对发作间期的癫痫样脑电研究奠定基础。 Electroencephalogram(EEG) is one of the important clinical examination methods for epilepsy, which can provide unique clinical evidence for epileptic seizure. EEGLAB is a toolkit for EEG signal processing. It is based on the MATLAB platform and is used as an open source toolkit for EEG signal researchers. In this paper, the original EEG signals of 11 epileptic patients are processed based on EEGLAB platform. The original data are stored in EDF format and processed by filtering, removing undesirable channels, independent component analysis(ICA) error removal, resampling, and sliding window segmentation. The effective preprocessing of the original signal can lay the foundation for subsequent studies in the interictal period.
