运用品管圈提高我院药品不良反应监测上报水平

Applying Quality Control Circle to Improve the Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring and Reporting Level of Our Hospital

目的:运用品管圈工具,提高我院药品不良反应(ADR)监测上报水平。方法:统计我院ADR监测上报数据,分析品管圈活动前影响我院ADR病例报告质量的原因,运用品管圈对我院ADR监测上报工作进行干预和改进。结果:柏拉图分析结果显示,对医护人员培训不到位、上报耗时、奖惩制度未落实、与医护缺乏沟通为我院ADR监测上报水平较低的原因。结合我院实际情况拟定对策并实施,包括ADR监测相关知识的培训及指导、简化院内报告系统与优化上报流程、加强与医护人员的沟通协作、落实奖惩制度等。品管圈活动后我院ADR病例报告质量合格率和上报数量均有较大提升,且效果维持较好。结论:通过品管圈活动,规范了我院ADR上报流程,落实了奖惩制度,提高了医护人员上报ADR的积极性和主动监测意识,我院ADR监测上报水平得到了提升。

Objective:To improve the adverse drug reactions(ADR)monitoring and reporting level of our hospital by quality control circle(QCC)tools.Methods:The ADR monitoring and reporting data of our hospital were collected,and the reasons affecting ADR case report quality of our hospital before QCC activities were analyzed.QCC tools were used to intervene and improve the ADR monitoring and reporting work in our hospital.Results:Plato analysis showed that inadequate training of medical staffs,time-consuming reporting,non implementation of reward and punishment system and lack of communication with medical staffs were the reasons for low ADR monitoring and reporting level of our hospital.According to the actual situation of our hospital,countermeasures were formulated and implemented,including training and guidance on ADR monitoring related knowledge,simplifying the reporting system and optimizing the reporting process in our hospital,strengthening communication and cooperation with medical staffs,and implementing the reward and punishment system.After the QCC activities,the qualified rate and quantity of ADR case reports in our hospital were greatly improved,and the effect was maintained well.Conclusion:Through QCC activities,the ADR reporting process in our hospital was standardized,the related reward and punishment system was implemented,the enthusiasm and awareness of medical staffs in reporting ADRs were improved,and the ADR monitoring and reporting level of our hospital was improved.
