基于循证研究能力培养的循证医学课程群构建研究 被引量:4

摘要 循证医学是20世纪医学领域最具影响力的创新和革命之一,其核心思想是医疗决策应尽量以当前可得的最佳证据为依据。1999年,国际医学教育委员会将“循证医学”教育作为全球医学生培养的最低标准。2008年,我国《本科医学教育标准》中明确将循证医学列为临床医学专业的必修课,并将“运用循证医学原理,针对临床问题进行查证、用证的初步能力”作为医学本科生必须要达到的技能目标之一。高水平的教育离不开课程体系的建设和完善。循证医学课程体系的优化和完善也是循证医学教学水平提升的关键。本研究以新医科背景下循证医学人才培养为目标,分析了循证医学教学现状及面临的问题,基于证据生态系统和循证医学实践的5步法构建循证医学课程群,并对整合优化教学内容,开展混合式教学方法、项目任务驱动教学、第一课堂与第二课堂融合等方面进行了分析与探讨,以期提升学生证据检索与评价能力和循证研究能力,同时为我国循证医学课程群教学改革提供思路。 Evidence-based medicine(EBM)is one of the most influential innovations and revolutions in the field of medicine in the 20th century.Its core idea is that medical decisions should be based on the best available evidence as far as possible.In 1999,Institute for International Medical Education made"evidence-based medicine"education as the minimum standard for the training of global medical students.In 2008,China′s Undergraduate Medical Education Standard clearly listed EBM as a compulsory course of clinical medicine,and"the initial ability to use EBM principles to retrieve and use evidence for clinical problems"as one of the skills that medical undergraduates must achieve.High level of education is inseparable from the construction and improvement of the curriculum system.The optimization and improvement of EBM curriculum system is also the key to the improvement of EBM teaching level.In order to cultivate evidence-based medicine talents,this study analyzed the current situation and problems of EBM teaching,constructed EBM courses group based on evidence ecosystem and five-step method of EBM practice,and integrated and optimized teaching content.The blended teaching method,project task-driven teaching,integration of the first class and the second class were analyzed and discussed in order to improve students′ability of evidence retrieval and evaluation and evidence-based research,so as to provide ideas for the teaching reform of EBM course group in China.
