醒脾养儿颗粒结合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的临床疗效以及对炎症因子和心肌酶谱水平的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Xingpi Yanger Granule Combined with Montmorillonite Powder on Inflammatory Factors and Myocardial Enzymes in Children with Rotavirus Enteritis

目的:探讨醒脾养儿颗粒结合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的临床疗效以及对炎性因子与心肌酶谱的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至12月我院收治的96例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组48例。所有患儿均予以补液、抗病毒以及纠正水电解质紊乱等常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上单纯予以蒙脱石散治疗,联合组在常规治疗基础上则采用醒脾养儿颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗,观察两组患儿临床疗效、血清炎症因子及心肌酶谱水平、不良反应、中医证候评分、症状改善时间差异。结果:治疗后,联合组患儿总治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),总不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿血清炎症因子和心肌谱酶水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白介素-10(IL-10)水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿中医证候评分均下降(P<0.05),且联合组下降水平低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒及蒙脱石散联合治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿临床疗效较好,可有效缓解其炎症反应及心肌损伤,减少不良反应,安全性较好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of xingpi yanger granule combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis,and the effect on inflammatory factors and myocardial enzymes spectrum.Methods:96 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group,with 48 cases in each group.All the children received routine treatment such as fluid replacement,antiviral and correction of water and electrolyte imbalance.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder alone on the basis of conventional treatment.The combined group was treated with xingpi yanger granule combined with montmorillonite powder on the basis of conventional treatment.The differences in clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzymes levels,adverse reactions,TCM syndrome scores,and symptom improvement time were observed between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and myocardial enzymes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of IL-10 in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The simultaneous application of xingpi yanger granule and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and myocardial injury,reduce adverse reactions,and has good safety.
