Influence of Aluminum Alloy on Quality Defects of Concrete Surface and Related Preventive Measures

铝合金模板具有重量轻、刚度大、精度高以及承载力强等优点。然而在项目工程中发现,铝合金模板对混凝土表面会产生一系列的质量缺陷问题,严重影响到主体的结构质量。基于此,文章就铝合金模板对混凝土表面产生的质量缺陷情况进行分析,同时提出了针对性的解决方案。

Aluminum alloy template has the advantages of lightweight,high stiffness,high precision and strong bearing capacity.However,in the project,it was found that the aluminium alloy formwork will produce a series of quality defects on the concrete surface,which seriously affects the structural perception and quality of the main body.Based on this,the article analyzes the quality defects caused by the concrete surface of the aluminium alloy formwork and proposes targeted solutions.
