Affecting Factors in Construction Costs of the China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park Project

中国境外产能合作园区是探索“一带一路”沿线投资合作的一种新模式,以中阿(联酋)产能合作示范园已建项目为例,从中国与阿联酋差异角度,对入园项目在建设过程中影响其建设和工程造价的相关因素进行分析,旨在帮助拟入园企业更好地了解阿联酋相关政策,进行更科学的投资测算,合理缩短建设周期、降低工程造价,实现企业可持续发展和资源最优化配置,为中国企业“走出去”顺利落户示范园提供投资建设指导。

China’s overseas industrial park is a new model to explore investment cooperation along the "Belt and Road" countries.This paper,based on China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone,analyzes affecting factors in the construction costs from the perspective of differences between China and the UAE.It aims to help the customers gain a better understanding of the related policies in the UAE,make investment calculations more scientificall,reasonably shorten the construction period and reduce project costs,and achieve sustainable development and optimal allocation of resources,attempting to provide investment and construction guidance for Chinese enterprises to go global and successfully implement their projects in the Demonstration Zone.
