The quality of housing construction engineering is related to the interests of the masses,whether the safety of the construction process of housing construction engineering is related to the personal safety of the construction personnel,and whether the construction progress and cost control are related to the interests of the construction enterprise.This paper analyzes the characteristics of housing construction project management,as well as the causes of the contradictions in quality,cost,safety and schedule management,and on this basis gives the solutions.
