摘要
为了预防和减少各类事故或者将财产损失或人员伤亡降至最低化,做好风险管理与应急预案往往是施工安全质量的重要前提。通过提前对风险进行识别和等级划分,可将施工全过程的风险点都识别出,从而分别分析其风险因素编制针对性强且合理的应急预案。结合上海软土地区某大直径超深竖井施工工况及所处的地质情况,总结了该工程超深竖井施工的风险管理与应急预案,提炼出一系列超深竖井高质量安全施工的风险应对措施。
In order to prevent and reduce various accidents or minimize property losses or casualties,risk management and emergency plans are often an important prerequisite for construction safety and quality.By identifying and grading risks in advance,the risk points in the whole construction process can be identified,so as to analyze their risk factors separately and formulate a highly targeted and reasonable emergency plan.Based on the construction conditions and geological conditions of a large-diameter ultra-deep shaft in the soft soil area of Shanghai,this paper summarizes the risk management and emergency plan for the construction of ultra-deep shafts in this project,and extracts a series of risk response measures of high-quality and safe construction of ultra-deep shafts.
