面向区县级的国土规划数据更新方法研究

Research on the update method of land planning data for district and county level

根据自然资源管理“两统一”职责,统筹“山水林田湖草”于一体的数据治理目标,结合自然资源有关部门对国土、规划管理业务的要求,对国土规划数据进行治理更新,以数据驱动业务,建立数据底座。以区县级的国土规划数据为基础,面向区县级国土规划管理,对各类数据进行分析,从数据的多源性、多尺度、异构性、时空特征进行研究、制定综合数据更新的技术路线,研究建立实时动态持续的数据更新机制,达到更好地支撑国土规划分析和决策。

According to the responsibility of “unification of two” in natural resource management,the data management goal of integrating “mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grass” is coordinated,and the management and update of land planning data are carried out in combination with the requirements of relevant departments of natural resources for land and planning management,so as to drive business with data and establish data base.On the basis of access to land planning data,geared to the needs of the district land planning management,analyzes all kinds of data,from the data of multi-source and multi-scale,heterogeneity,the space-time characteristics of research,make comprehensive data update technical route,research to establish a real-time dynamic continuous data update mechanism,to achieve better analysis and decision support national planning.
